Samantha Tenner is an Usui Reiki practitioner and counselor in Boulder, Colorado. She offers intuitive holistic healing through Reiki energy and is passionate in being part of your restorative journey of the soul.
Samantha has been studying energy work since 2016, and practicing energy work and Reiki healing since 2018. Samantha has been receiving Reiki on a personal level since 2014 and was first committed to understanding more about Reiki largely due to how much it has helped her in her own healing journey. Samantha believes wholeheartedly in the power of Reiki and is committed to your Reiki experience. Samantha will cater to what you need from these sessions so that you get the most out of your experience.
What is Reiki and what does a session look like?
Reiki (ray-kee) is an ancient Japanese technique that uses a hands on or hands hovering approach to bring universal energy to heal the body, spirit, and mind. Reiki heals emotional blocks and trauma by using energy to clear through blocks in our chakras. The chakra system is our energy anatomy. You do not need to know every aspect of this system; however, it oftentimes helps to understand how the chakras are all interconnected and how imbalances within the chakra system shows up in the physical body. Chakras are energetic centers that connect the physical body to your spiritual body. They are visualized as spinning wheels of colored light that run along your spinal column. A reiki practitioner works with the healing partner to restore proper balanced energy flow to allow your body, spirit, and mind to create conditions for healing.

Sessions can be, but are not meant to be, a “one time” session. Neon Diamond Light Reiki is invested on developing long lasting relationships with clients to help you through all parts of life.
As I work with you, I use traditional reiki hand positions and trust intuitive guidance. I integrate crystals, essential oils, and music in my sessions. Some clients say they experience different sensations and feelings, while others may feel almost nothing. Reiki works energetically and can do no harm. At the end of the session, we will briefly discuss your experience and set some intentions for the rest of the day. My hope is that you leave relaxed and lighter.
Reiki is a form of bodywork and is experienced fully clothed and comfortably on a massage table. There is no sexual or inappropriate touch involved in reiki healing either from the reiki practitioner or healing partner.

Traditional 30 Minute Reiki Session
$50
Tea Ceremony Add-on +$10
With the addition of a tea ceremony, we will spend a few minutes prior to session setting intentions and you will be given a libation of blue lotus tea (often referred to as blue Egyptian lotus) to enjoy. It is a medicinal tea use in Ayurveda and Chinese traditional medicine to reduce anxiety, enhance lucid dreaming, and provide a sense of tranquility. I believe this is a wonderful addition to aid in your time of relaxation and absorption.
Traditional 45 Minute Reiki Session
$70
